nclowe asked: Is it Marvel’s intention to drive us insane with annoyingly catchy tunes? (First, ‘Blue da ba dee’ from Iron Man 3 and now ‘Hooked on a Feeling’ - I think my mp3 player is embarrassed for me). And following on for everyone; If you could choose one cheese-tastic track to bring back to the mainstream what would you choose?
Kevin Feige: I’m glad. Guilty pleasures are fun. There’s something very entertaining starting our giant third Iron Man film with that song. Whatever keeps the movies at the forefront of peoples’ minds is good.
James Gunn: Sitting in the editing bay having to listen to these songs endlessly—most of them I’m not sick of. Having them go through my head constantly for a year.

auroramachine asked: Mr. Chris Pratt, you are the 3rd Chris that Marvel has collected so far. Do you think there is something special in your name or it’s just Marvel has a Chris fetish?
Chris Pratt: There’s definitely something special about my name. I’m joining pretty amazing company. Both of those guys are really incredible. I haven’t had a chance to meet Hemsworth yet, but Chris Evans… when I saw him, he literally ran across the room, gave me a huge bear hug, lifted me up, and was like, “Dude, you are going to love this!” It was like my brother congratulating me for like making the team. It was pretty cool. We bro’d out. There was a lot of love there… He’s a great guy. The point is, there’s something special about my name. You want your son to be successful? Name him Chris.

tonystarkulous asked: If you could play any other character in the Marvel Universe, who would you choose and why?
Chris Pratt: I’ve always loved the Punisher. I painted a Punisher 2099 mural on my wall as a kid… He was just a regular dude with a ton of cool guns.
Zoe Saldana: I think I’d say Rocket [laughs]. I like that fact that he’s this itty-bitty thing people want to sit on or step on if they don’t know he’s there… To me he casts his own justice.
David Bautista: Sub-Mariner. Also, maybe Punisher [laughs].
Chris Pratt: I’d also like to be Sub-Mariner [laughs].

themovieaddicts asked: Does the tag ‘Marvel’ leave you feeling nervous or making you feel like you’re under any pressure - ESPECIALLY because, Guardians of the Galaxy is different from the other films Marvel has been making over the past few years?
James Gunn: For me, the tag Marvel makes it a lot less pressure because people know the brand. People know the brand, they know the title I’m working under. So to be able to have that support behind you, for me, has been pretty much an amazing thing the entire way. When I got this gig from Kevin [Feige], it was a huge relief it was awesome… I don’t think of having the tag Marvel as being any kind of pressure.

xpantherstuff asked: Which movie was more challenging, Avatar or Guardians of the Galaxy?
Zoe Saldana: I think they both present their own individual challenge. For Avatar, everything was added in post [produciton]— the way I was going to look… When I wasn’t learning an alien language… I was riding a horse… I was learning three different forms of martial arts and I was working with Cirque du Soliel acrobats. With Guardians it was a grueling process of hair and makeup… You kind of have to keep yourself in a mind frame… put one foot in the front of the other. The thing that makes them identical is that the reward exceeds every sacrifice.

inaromanticalway asked: I was wondering how your fellow Parks and Rec cast members are reacting to your sudden career explosion.
Chris Pratt: I am about to cry. I have gotten the kindest emails and texts and calls from them and they are just a family to me. I love everybody on that cast and in that whole gang so much. And everybody on that cast has been nothing but supportive. One of the reasons why I think many people love our show - and certainly why I love our show - is that there is just no cynicism in that group. It’s just purely people who are all very happy for me. They send me the kindest messages and I feel very, very loved and supported.
